プロペラ機に向かう階段のふもとに立つと、金属的、鉱物的、すすのような排気ガスが充満してるイメージが浮かぶ香り。 味わいは鱈の塩焼きの盛り合わせにセロリのレムラードが添えられ、ベーコンの脂とマートルにウィンターグリーンが加わった。加水すると素晴らしくエレガントなスモーキーさが現れ、 新しいパスポートの香りと、港でポシェットされた洋ナシと石炭の塊の香りがする。加水した味わいは、ミント、甘くスモーキーなヘーゼルナッツと甘草がPVAの接着剤。
