タイトル： Art from a kiln / 窯から生まれるアート
その香りは、ピカソが古い蒸溜所の窯の中に亜麻仁油と使い古されたパレットの香りいっぱいのアトリエを構え、蝋引きのジャケットを着てフランス煙草を吸っているよう。最初はドライマンゴー、パッションフルーツシロップ、クロウメモドキのゼリーのとても魅力的で魅惑的な香り、次にスパイシーな黒饅頭、そして鉄板の中の燠火が足下に響く。 加水すると、香りは「ローズウッドのホルダーに落ちたお香の灰」、強烈なトロピカル・ノート、香水のようなスモーク、ジンジャービールを感じさせる。加水した味わいは芳香があり、繊細で深みがあり、複雑なダンネージ、ランシオ、ラベンダー、タルク、ポプリ、湿ったツイード、アッシュ。
The nose was like Picasso had set up his studio in an old distillery kiln (linseed oil and well-used palettes), wearing a waxed jacket and smoking French cigarettes. The palate was alluring and mesmerising – dried mango, passion fruit syrup and sea buckthorn jelly at first, then spicy black bun and embers in the grate reverberated underneath. With water, the nose gave us "incense ash fallen on a rosewood holder", intense tropical notes, perfumed smoke and ginger beer. The palate was perfumed, delicate, deep and complex – we got dunnage, rancio, lavender, talc, potpourri, damp tweed and ash; matured to perfection.
