これは本当に夢のような香りの一杯。秋の森、伝統的なリンゴ園を散策した後、軽く濡れた芝生に腰を下ろして古書を読み始めたイメージが浮かぶ。甘いイチゴ、ジンジャーハニー、ダブルクリームなど、味わいも期待を裏切らない。滑らかでうっとりするような甘味がありながら、フィニッシュには意外な胡椒を感じる。
ほんの一滴加水すると、トロピカルフルーツのサラダ、バニラ風味の砂糖、ビターなココアパウダーが現れる。加水した味わいは、ポルチーニソースのパッパルデッレ、ジンジャーとクリームのスコーン、ジャム、熟成したヴァンサントのグラスと、素晴らしい！
This is truly a sniffer dream dram – strolling through an autumn forest or a traditional apple orchard before we sat down on the lightly wet grass and started reading an antique book. This definitely did not disappoint on the palate either, with sweet strawberries, ginger honey and double cream. It was smooth and decadent yet still with a surprising peppery note in the finish. Following the addition of a drop of water we were presented with a tropical fruit salad, vanilla-infused sugar and bitter cocoa powder. To taste, pappardelle with a porcini sauce was followed by ginger and creams scones with jam and glass of well-aged vin santo – bellissimo!
