濃縮されたフルーツコーディアルのカスケードが、新鮮なオークとコリアンダーの上に波打つ。 ドライアプリコットとピーチがホワイトチョコレートの川の中で転がり、ヌガーとジンジャーの小石の上で泡立つ。加水すると、シナモンパンがコロコロと転がるそばで、ダンネージ倉庫の古いオークの樽も一緒に揺られながら、味の激流はユリとリンゴの花のフローラルな流れに落ち着いていく。バナナの泡のお菓子が、ドライココナッツを散らしながら渦を巻き、香り高い洋梨が、甘くジューシーなソテルヌ・デザート・ワインの温泉で優しくポシェされている。
A cascade of concentrated fruit cordials rippled over fresh oak and coriander like a strawberry and raspberry rainbow bursting through a lush forest. Dried apricots and peaches tumbled in a river of white chocolate as it bubbled over nougat boulders and ginger pebbles. After reduction the torrent of taste had settled into a floral flow of lilies and apple blossom, carrying cinnamon buns bobbing alongside old oak barrels from a dunnage warehouse. Banana foam sweets swirled around scatterings of desiccated coconut while fragrant pears gently poached in a hot spring of sweet and juicy sauternes dessert wine.
