タイトル： Stollen-esque / シュトーレン風
おとぎ話に出てくるような果樹園で、高い樫の木から紅葉や新鮮なリンゴ、食後のチョコレートミントが落ちてくるのを想像して欲しい。カクテルチェリーやマジパン、アップルパイ、リコリスやレモンムースのフィニッシュなど、甘く豊かな味わい。パイナップル、エルダーフラワー、トーストしたココナッツ、ホワイトチョコレート、ハチミツ、オークの香りは、より複雑に、よりトロピカルになる。味わいは、前面にジューシーでふっくらとしたゴールデンレーズン、後味にユーカリ、ゼラニウム、ベーキングスパイス（シナモン、ジンジャー、メース）が渦を巻くように感じられる。
This has a fantastically clean nose – imagine standing in some fairytale orchard as autumn leaves, fresh apples and after dinner chocolate mints fall from tall oaks. The palate was described by one panellist as ‘stollen-esque’ – a sweet abundance of cocktail cherries and marzipan, apple pie and a finish of liquorice allsorts and lemon mousse. The reduced nose became more complex and more tropical – pineapple chunks, elderflower, and toasted coconut, white chocolate, honey and oak. The palate now gave us juicy, plump, golden raisins in the foreground and eucalyptus, geranium and baking spices (cinnamon, ginger and mace) swirling around in the finish.
