バラ、カーネーション、ココナッツの魅惑的なアレンジメントが五感を迎え、ミルクチョコレート、スグリ、樹脂のような松脂の層が複雑さを増していく。その繊細な組み合わせは、生姜とパイナップルがターキッシュデライト、焼きたてのピスタチオ、皮の袋の中に入ったオークの木くずと交わり、さらに深い味わいをもたらす。ほんの数滴加水すると、 ダイジェスティブ・ビスケット、マジパン、シナモンをかけたライス・プディングが現れ、エルダーフラワー、ユーカリ、ミントの葉の甘い香りが残る。スターアニス、クローブ、ハチミツの層が重なり、フィニッシュにはレモンの咳止め菓子とグレープフルーツの皮。
An alluring arrangement of roses, carnations and coconuts welcomed the senses before layers of milk chocolate, gooseberries and resinous pine needles began to build complexity. The elaborate amalgamation ventured deeper on the palate as ginger and pineapple merged with Turkish delight, toasted pistachios and oak sawdust in a leather pouch. A few drops of water brought digestive biscuits, marzipan and rice pudding topped with cinnamon into the mix. A sweet fragrance remained but now of elderflowers, eucalyptus and mint leaves. Then layers of star anise, cloves and honey combined before we finished with lemon cough sweets and grapefruit skin.
