Kingsbarns Distillery is located near Fife in a converted farm dating back to around 1800. Officially opened in 2014, the distillery has begun production using Fife-grown barley, drawing its water from an aquifer situated 100m below the distillery. Its spirit, which has been described as delicately fruity and floral, will officially become a single malt in 2018.
