EDEN MILL

Currently Scotland’s only combined craft distillery and brewery, Eden Mill is situated in St Andrews in the same location where the legendary Haig family started producing their whisky back in 1810.
Eden Mill distillery produce whisky in small batches using a variety of casks and pride themselves on their hand-crafted approach inspired by the 18th-century whisky-making traditions.
