AILSA BAY

Part of the William Grant & Sons distillery portfolio, Ailsa Bay is located near Girvan and was built in just six months in 2007. Currently, there are no plans for the distillery to release any future single malts. The distillery produces three types of whisky: a peated spirit, a lightly peated one and an unpeated one, which are used in some of the parent company's other brands.
