タイトル： Spiced rum, me he-aaar-ty! / スパイスラムじゃん！！！
香りは、塩キャラメル、革に広がるマーマレード、船医の小部屋、古い帆船のタール。口当たりには純粋な一面（イチゴジャム、バニラ、砂糖漬けアーモンド）と、よりダークな一面（ジンジャースナップ、スパイスの効いたダークラム、塩辛いマンサニージャ、タール）がありフィニッシュにはピンクペッパーコーンと赤リコリスの余韻が広がり、まるで海賊の飲み物のよう。加水すると、石油採掘プラットフォームのムーンプールのように暗く謎めいている。ブランブルジャム、たばこの缶、時計職人の作業台、港に停泊する船。口当たりにはキャンディ、シナモン、海藻、くるみ、そしてカウボーイの噛みタバコの唾のにおいが微かに感じられる。
The nose delivered salted caramel, marmalade on leather, tarry ropes and the surgeon’s cabin on an old sailing ship. The palate had an innocent side (strawberry jam, vanilla, sugared almonds) and a darker side of ginger snaps, spiced dark rum, salty manzanilla and tar, with a finish of pink peppercorns and red liquorice – a pirate’s tipple perhaps. The reduced nose was as dark and enigmatic as an oil rig’s moon pool – bramble jam, tobacco tins, a watchmaker’s workbench and boats in harbour. The palate now had hard-boiled candies, cinnamon, seaweed, walnuts and hints of a cowboy's chewing tobacco spittoon.
