［ノーズ］醤油、オレンジジュース、オリーブオイル、ニンニクでマリネしたマグロのグリルステーキに続いて、バニラアイスクリームの上に蜂蜜とマルサラワインを添えたイチジクのローストが思い浮かぶ。
［パレット］口に含むと、ポルチーニマッシュルームソースと細かく削ったトリュフをたっぷり使ったパスタ。甘くエキゾチックでフルーティー、ウッドスパイス、ドライハーブ、砂糖コーティングしたオレンジスライスと甘く素晴らしい貴腐ワイン。

Imagine a grilled tuna steak marinated in soy sauce, orange juice, olive oil and garlic followed by roasted figs with honey and Marsala wine over vanilla ice cream. On the palate neat tagliatelle ai funghi – pasta with a porcini mushroom sauce and plenty of finely shaved truffle on top. Diluted, sweet exotic crystallised fruity aromas next to wood spices, dried herbs and candied blood orange slices were followed by the ‘noble rot’, grapes infected with Botrytis for those coveted sweet wines.
