タイトル： Living happily ever after / 幸せな赤ずきんちゃん
バニラとモルテンアンバーのアロマキャンドルを灯し、「グリム童話」の本を開き、「赤ずきんちゃん」の物語を読む光景が思い浮かぶ。おばあちゃんのバスケットには、ジンジャー、ゴールデンシロップ、スティッキーモルトローフ、バタースコッチソース、ローズヒップシロップが入っている。暗い森の中を歩きながら、花よりもブラックベリーやイチゴを摘み、ジンジャーブレッドコテージ（それはまた別の話）の横を通っておばあちゃんの家へ。そこでラズベリーとホワイトチョコレートのムース、バッテンベルクケーキ、ジンジャーナッツのビスケットを楽しむ。
11年間ex-bourbon hogsheadで熟成した後、1st fill shaved, toasted and re-charred PX Sherry barriqueへ移し替え。
We lit a vanilla and molten amber scented candle before opening the book of ‘Grimm’s Fairy Tales’ to read the story of ‘Little Red Riding Hood’. In our basket for grandmother there was crystallised ginger, golden syrup and a sticky malt loaf alongside butterscotch sauce and rosehip syrup. As we walked into the dark wood, we picked blackberries and strawberries rather than flowers, passing by the gingerbread cottage (that is another story) to grandmother’s house. There we enjoyed raspberry and white chocolate mousse, Battenberg cake and ginger nut biscuits. Following eleven years in an ex-bourbon hogshead, we transferred this whisky into a 1st fill shaved, toasted and re-charred PX Sherry barrique.
