［香り］綿菓子とローズウォーターの軽くはじけるような香り、次にイチゴのミルフィーユ、麦芽糖、木の樹皮、そしてほのかなターキッシュ デライト。加水すると、ワイルド ローズ、花瓶の水、森の花など強いフローラル感が現れる。その後ミントケーキと新しい皮の微かなニュアンスを感じる。
［味わい］柔らかいミント、ピンクのウエハースビスケット、ゆでた柑橘類のお菓子、花蜜をまぶしたグアバのさっぱりとした味わい。加水すると、マシュマロ、リーフマルチ、ドライハーブ、フルーティーなワックス、エルダーフラワーコーディアルが現れる。
A light and bubbly initial aroma that included candy floss and rose water up front, then strawberry mille fuille, barley sugar, tree bark and a hint of Turkish delight. Reduction brought out an intensely floral profile: lots of wild roses, vase water and forest flowers. Then wee surprise hints of mint cake and new leather. The neat palate displayed soft minty notes, pink wafer biscuit, boiled citrus sweets and notes of guava drizzled with flower honey. After reduction we got marshmallows, leaf mulch, dried herbs, fruity waxes and elderflower cordial.
