TITLE: Chilli baked cashews / チリベイクドカシューナッツ
秋の草原で花を摘み、トチノキの下でコンカーを拾い、伝統的なレモンボンボンを頬張る。口に含むと甘い香りが広がり、ライ麦パンのスパイシーな香りとともに、スモーブローと呼ばれるデンマークのオープンサンドのような味わいが広がる。加水すると、香りはとラベンダーとコリアンダーの香りにエルダーフラワーコーディアルとミントの小枝が加わり、味わいにはドライアプリコットとヘーゼルナッツバターの甘いクリーミーな油脂感が現れる。フィニッシュは、焼いたスイートチリピーナッツとカシューナッツのスパイシーでドライな風味が残る。
We found ourselves outside during autumn picking flowers in a meadow and collecting conkers under a horse chestnut tree while chewing traditional lemon bon bons.
