このカルト的な蒸溜酒は、最初はとても優しい味わいだと感じる。
[香り] レモン色の洗濯粉、濡れたリネン、チョーク、潮風、ヘザーエールにルバーブの酸味が加わった非常に芳しい香りがする。加水すると、レモンの咳止め、杉の木、ライチ、干し草の葉が現れる。アロマティックで癒される。
[味わい] バブルガム、フルーティーなワックス、サマーフルーツのバーレイウォーターのクラシックなノートが広がる端正な口当たり。甘く、エレガントでリッチ。水を少し加えると、エキゾチックなフルーツサラダのジュース、レモンカード、ハチミツ入りのバターを塗った白いパン、フルーティーなスコーンミックスの噛みごたえが現れる。
We found this to be initially quite a gentle take on this cult distillate. A very fragrant profile that included lemon washing powder, wet linens, chalk, sea air and heather ale with a tang of rhubarb. Water brought lemon cough drops, cedar wood, lychee and freshly bailed hay. Aromatic and soothing! The neat palate opened with classic notes of bubblegum, fruity waxes and summer fruit barley water. Sweet, elegant and rich. Some water brought out boozy exotic fruit salad juices, lemon curd, buttered white bread with honey and some fruity scone mix chewiness.
