タイトル： Full-on fiery flamenco passion / 情熱的なフラメンコ
[香り] 埃っぽいタバンコバーで出される塩漬け肉とオリーブ、馬が太陽の下で待っているような香り。アーモンドトースト、葉巻の軸、ドライデーツ、トフィー、ターキッシュデライトに、赤ワインとオリーブオイルで作ったケーキなど、フラメンコの情熱に満ちた味わい。加水すると、香りはハルバ、フルーツケーキ、カスクチャー、そして「スパニッシュギターのサウンドホールを嗅ぐ」ような香りを発見。
[味わい] 麦芽糖、トーストしたココナッツ、オーク、バルサミコ、タール、灰のフィニッシュが加わる。
バーボンウッドで12年間熟成させた後、ファーストフィルのスパニッシュオーク・オロロソホグスヘッドに移し替え。
What a nose – cured meat and olives served in a dusty tabaco bar; a saddled horse waits outside in the sunshine. The neat palate was full on and brimming with fiery flamenco passion – toasted almonds, cigar stubs, dried dates, treacle toffee, Turkish delight and cakes made with red wine and olive oil. With water, the nose discovered halva, fruit cake and cask char, plus "sniffing the sound hole of a Spanish guitar". The palate combined barley sugars and toasted coconut with a finish of oak, balsamic, tar and ash. After 12 years in ex-bourbon wood, this was transferred to a first fill Spanish oak oloroso hogshead.
