塩キャラメルとリコリス、スモークアーモンド、焦がしたオレンジの皮、ヘーゼルナッツオイルでコーティングしたクローブを加えたハーブリキュール。味わいは大きく、焦げたフルーツケーキ、イチジク、レーズン、グリルトレイに乗ったスモーキーなベーコン、スターアニスでコーティングしたラムケバブ、乾燥海藻など。加水すると、甘いタール、クレオソート、焦げたバターが燻製魚や生肉をコーティングし、ラズベリーのリップルアイスクリームと焦げたマシュマロの甘いアロマを感じる。エンジンオイルやリコリスが、焦がしたトフィーやスモークトラウトと混ざり合い、マジパンやキャラメルウエハースがオークの焦げ目に加わり、強い紅茶のようなフィニッシュを迎える。
Salted caramel and liquorice joined herbal liqueur with smoked almonds, burnt orange skin and cloves coated with hazelnut oil. The palate was big and scorched, however, with burnt fruitcake alongside figs, raisins and smoky bacon on a grill tray beside star anise-coated lamb kebabs and dried seaweed. With water we found sweet tar, creosote and burnt butter coating smoked fish and cured meats, while sweet aromas of raspberry ripple ice cream mixed with burnt marshmallows. Now engine oil and liquorice blended with burnt toffee and smoked trout while marzipan and caramel wafers joined oak char on a finish of strong black tea.
