TITLE: Prowling the undergrowth / 藪の中をぶらつく
［香り］ジューシーなフルーツ、イラクサ、ココナツの殻、杉の木と松の樹液のアロマティックなニュアンスが香りに広がる。軽いトフィーと草のようなフレッシュさ。加水すると、ライムゼリー、オレンジオイル、ほこりっぽいワインセラーのヘシアン袋、レモンの皮、ハーブビターズが現れる。
［味わい］最初の印象は、スパイシーなキャロットケーキ、オーク削りくず、コリアンダーママレード。ライ麦のスパイス、シナモン、リコリスと続く。加水すると、オイリー感が現れ、カボチャの植物の香り、乾燥した杢、松の木、金属光沢、黒胡椒を感じる。
The nose opened with juicy fruits, nettles, coconut husks and aromatic hints of cedar wood and pine sap. Beyond that some light toffee and grassy freshness. Some water brought us lime jelly, orange oil, hessian sacks in a dusty wine cellar, lemon peel and herbal bitters. The mouth gave the initial impression of spicy carrot cake, oak shavings and coriander marmalade. Further notes of rye spice, cinnamon and liquorice.
