TITLE: Crouching peat, hidden piggy / しゃがむピート、隠れるブタ
[香り] 最初の印象は、暖かさ、濃密感、肉感。黒胡椒、燻製肉、ビルトン、蝋引きしたキャンバス、バーベキューの残り火の香り。さらに、ウィンターグリーン、咳止め、スモークしたチポトレチリ、ブラックオリーブ。加水すると、燻製オリーブオイル、ヨモギ、モーターオイル、古い工具箱、金属磨き、甘みのあるピートスモークとよりソフトになる。
[味わい] まず、外科用マウスウォッシュ、アニスシード蒸溜液、天然タール、医療用防腐剤、ハーブ軟膏、西洋ワサビ、焦がした赤肉、ブラックコーヒーが感じられる。加水すると、新しいレザー、ダンネージの土っぽさ、バーベキューソース、スパイシーなプルドポーク、ハーブの咳止めシロップ、カクテルビターが追加される。
Our initial impressions were of warmth, density and meatiness. Lots of black pepper, smoked game meats, biltong, waxed canvas and BBQ embers. Beyond that we found wintergreen, cough mixtures, smoked chipotle chilli and black olives. Water brought softer notes of smoked olive oil, wormwood, motor oil, old toolboxes, metal polish and a sweet threat of peat smoke. The mouth initially showed surgical mouthwash, aniseed distillate, natural tar, medical embrocations, herbal ointments, horseradish, charred red meats and black coffee. Reduction added new leather, dunnage earthiness, BBQ sauce, spicy pulled pork, herbal cough syrups and cocktail bitters.
