［香り］バターポップコーン、ローズウォーター、オリーブオイル、ヘシアン、プンパニッケルパン、スタウトビールなど、不思議で個性的なアロマが漂う。かなりリッチでパンチが効いている。加水すると、、ひまわり油、新しい革、ガソリン、キャンディフロスが現れる。
［味わい］面白いほど多彩な味わいが続く。ウコン、タンニンの効いたジャスミン茶、ヘッセン、刻んだヘーゼルナッツ、鋭いクエン酸など、チクチクとしたスパイシーな味わいが感じられる。少し加水すると、バター豆、オリーブオイル、ホワイトペッパー、アニスシード、ファイアローストした赤ピーマンの、より深くリッチなトーンが現れる。そして、咳止めの薬とイラクサ茶。
A curious yet characterful aroma at first nosing, one that included buttered popcorn, rosewater, olive oil, hessian, pumpernickel bread and stout beers. Rather rich and punchy we thought. With water we found sunflower oil, new leather, petrol and candy floss. Entertainingly diverse as it went along. The arrival in the mouth was prickly and spicy with turmeric, tannic jasmine tea, hessian, chopped hazelnuts and sharp citric acidity. Some water brought deeper and richer tones of butter beans, olive oil, white pepper, aniseed and fire roasted red peppers. Then cough medicines and nettle tea.
