刈りたての草とライムコーディアル、アーモンドオイルと干し草、そして最後にアボカドとフィンガーライムトーストのようなファンシーなものまで様々なものがある。アップルサワー、グレープフルーツセグメント、レモンソーダとフィノシェリーのカクテルにライムのスライスとミントの枝を添えたレブヒート（グラス）が感じられ、素晴らしくピリッとする。加水すると、春に咲くカメリアやモクレンのような甘く華やかな香りが漂う。コンブチャのラズベリーレモネードのようなピリッとした発泡性の口当たりが残り、砂糖漬けのカシューナッツとチョコレートオートミルクのような後味へと変化する。
The aroma neat had plenty to offer, ranging from freshly cut grass and lime cordial to almond oil and hay, before finally the fancier scent of an avocado and finger lime toast. On the palate neat it was wonderfully tangy, with apple sours, grapefruit segments and a glass of rebujito – a cocktail of lemon soda and fino sherry garnished with lime slices and mint sprigs. Following reduction, we noticed the distinct sweet and floral aroma of spring-flowering camellias and magnolias. To taste, that tangy fizzy mouthfeel remained, like a kombucha raspberry lemonade, before a finish of candied cashew nuts and chocolate oat milk.
